At Rexon Welds & Tools, we are committed to delivering quality industrial welding equipment, machinery, and tools. This policy outlines our procedures for order processing, shipping, exchanges, and warranty support.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we process orders according to the following timeline:
- Standard Processing: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
- Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays)
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed
- Dispatch Notification: You will be notified via email/SMS when your order is dispatched with tracking details
Important: Orders placed on Saturday evenings, Sundays, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Non-Working Days:
We do not process or dispatch orders on the following days:
- Sundays
- Republic Day (26th January)
- Independence Day (15th August)
- Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October)
- Diwali and other major national holidays
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 working days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7-10 working days
- Remote Areas: 10-14 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Product availability and stock location
- Destination pin code and accessibility
- Courier partner workload and logistics
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
- Local restrictions or governmental regulations
2.2 Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
We DO NOT deliver to:
- PO Box addresses
- APO/FPO military addresses
- Certain remote or inaccessible locations (as determined by courier partners)
2.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location and distance
- Shipping method selected
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
2.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email/SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the courier partner's website.
3. Cancellation Policy
NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED:
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of industrial machinery and welding equipment, and our immediate order processing system, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once payment has been confirmed.
Before Placing Your Order:
- Carefully verify product specifications and compatibility
- Confirm the correct delivery address
- Ensure you have selected the right model and quantity
- Review all order details before payment
If you have concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will make our best efforts to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
4. Exchange Policy
Rexon Welds & Tools offers exchanges under specific conditions for industrial equipment and machinery.
7-Day Exchange Window:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
4.1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted ONLY for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing Defects: Product has a verified manufacturing defect that affects functionality
- Transit Damage: Product was damaged during shipping (proof required)
- Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered
NO REFUNDS: We do not provide cash refunds or credit refunds. Only product exchanges are available under the conditions mentioned above.
4.2 Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Product must be completely unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all labels, seals, and markings
- All accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and components must be included
- Original invoice/bill must be provided
- Product must not show signs of installation, operation, or usage
- No physical damage, scratches, or alterations to the product
4.3 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or manuals
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
- Consumables, spare parts, and accessories (unless defective)
- Products purchased on clearance or special discount sales (as mentioned on product page)
- Customized or special-order products
5. Reverse Pick-up Process
5.1 Initiating an Exchange Request
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, product details, and reason for exchange
- Submit supporting evidence (photos/videos of defect or damage)
- Wait for approval from our quality team
5.2 Reverse Pick-up Charges
Pick-up Fee: ₹199
A reverse pick-up charge of ₹199 will be applicable for exchange requests, subject to serviceable pin code availability.
The reverse pick-up fee covers:
- Logistics coordination for product collection
- Return shipping to our warehouse
- Quality inspection and processing
5.3 Pick-up Attempts & Self-Shipping
Pick-up Attempts: Our courier partner will make a maximum of TWO pick-up attempts.
- Ensure someone is available at the address during the scheduled pick-up window
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Keep all accessories, manuals, and invoice ready
Self-Shipping Requirement:
If both pick-up attempts fail or if your location is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you must ship the product to us at your own expense. Our warehouse address will be provided upon request approval.
5.4 Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product:
- Quality Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Exchange Approval: 1-2 business days after inspection
- Replacement Dispatch: 2-3 business days after approval
- Delivery: 7-10 working days (as per standard delivery timeline)
You will be notified at each stage of the exchange process via email/SMS.
6. Warranty Policy
All welding machines, industrial equipment, and tools sold by Rexon Welds & Tools come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
6.1 Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
- Warranty terms and duration vary by product and manufacturer
- Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturing defects only
- Warranty details are mentioned on individual product pages
- Warranty card/certificate is provided with the product
6.2 Warranty Claims Process
For warranty-related issues:
- Contact Authorized Service Centers: Customers must directly contact the manufacturer's authorized service centers for warranty claims
- Provide Documentation: Original invoice, warranty card, and product details are required
- Follow Manufacturer Guidelines: Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions
Our Role: Rexon Welds & Tools acts as a facilitator between customers and manufacturers. We can provide service center contact information and assist with documentation, but warranty claims are processed directly by manufacturers.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties typically DO NOT cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumables and accessories (electrodes, tips, nozzles, etc.)
- Damage from power surges or electrical fluctuations (unless surge protection was included)
- Products used for commercial purposes beyond rated capacity
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
7.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:
Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package in the presence of the delivery personnel.
Unboxing Video Must Show:
- Sealed package condition before opening
- Complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
- All sides of the product packaging
- Product condition, serial number, and all contents
- Any visible damage or discrepancies
Without a proper unboxing video, claims for transit damage or incorrect products may not be accepted.
7.2 Reporting Timeline
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 6-8 days of delivery.
To report an issue:
- Contact customer support immediately
- Provide order number and delivery details
- Share clear photos/videos of the damage or incorrect product
- Submit the unboxing video as evidence
7.3 Resolution Process
For verified cases of transit damage or incorrect products:
- Our team will review the evidence submitted
- Approved cases will be processed for exchange
- Replacement product will be dispatched after quality verification
- No additional charges for genuine transit damage cases
8. Important Notes & Conditions
8.2 OTP Verification & Safety
Security Warning:
Never share your delivery OTP until you have thoroughly inspected the package. Once the OTP is shared and delivery is confirmed, claims for damaged or tampered products may not be accepted.
Before Sharing OTP:
- Check for any external damage to the packaging
- Verify that the package seal is intact
- Record the unboxing video
- Refuse the package if you notice any tampering
8.3 Tampered or Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened:
- DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery
- Refuse the package in the presence of delivery personnel
- Take photos/videos of the package condition
- Immediately contact our customer support
- Do not share the delivery OTP
8.4 Right to Reject Claims
Rexon Welds & Tools reserves the right to reject exchange or warranty claims in the following cases:
- Insufficient or tampered evidence (photos/videos)
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or operation
- Missing unboxing video for damage claims
- Delayed reporting beyond specified timelines
- Products returned in incomplete or damaged condition
- Suspected fraudulent or abusive claims
- Non-compliance with exchange conditions
8.5 Product Inspection Rights
All returned products are subject to thorough quality inspection by our team. We reserve the right to:
- Reject exchanges if products fail inspection criteria
- Return products to customers at their expense if claims are invalid
- Request additional evidence or documentation
- Extend inspection timelines for complex machinery
9. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth exchange and warranty processes, customers must:
- Carefully read product specifications before ordering
- Verify compatibility with existing equipment/systems
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Record complete unboxing videos
- Report issues within specified timelines
- Maintain products in original condition if exchange is needed

- Preserve all packaging, documentation, and accessories
- Coordinate with courier partners for pick-ups
- Provide accurate and complete information for claims
10. Legal Disclaimer
This Exchange, Warranty & Shipping Policy is subject to the following disclaimers:
- Rexon Welds & Tools acts as a seller and facilitator; warranty services are provided by manufacturers
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
- Product specifications and features are subject to manufacturer changes without notice
- Images and descriptions are for representation purposes; actual products may vary slightly
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
- All decisions regarding exchanges, warranties, and claims are at the sole discretion of Rexon Welds & Tools
11. Final Authority Clause
Management Discretion:
In all matters related to exchanges, shipping, warranties, and disputes, the decision of Rexon Welds & Tools management shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to make exceptions or modifications to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
